Many of us count our blessings on Thanksgiving. Some of us even keep Gratitude Journals. Well, maybe we need to tone down our workout routines and ramp up our gratitude routines.

    I agree. “Thank you” is the easiest to say, but many take it for granted. I make it a point to thank anyone for good deeds done for me. Be it big or small.
