Divas Who Dine Terms

Site and intellectual property

Divas Who Dine content is provided for general informational and educational use. Content, downloads, the Divas Who Dine name, logo, chapter identity and branded formats may not be reproduced, sold or republished without written permission except where a written license expressly allows it.

Separate offers and admission logic

The Table Builder is open-enrollment education. Purchase or completion does not grant Original Diva identity, THE TABLE acceptance, DWD membership, directory access or introductions. THE TABLE and DWD Concierge require application, review and written acceptance. Ability to pay never substitutes for acceptance.

Applications and acceptance

An application, nomination, waitlist form, interview or invitation to apply is not an acceptance and does not guarantee a seat. DWD may decline or defer an application to protect relevance, trust, privacy, capacity and the chemistry of the network. For vetted offers, accepted applicants receive the applicable participation terms before payment.

THE TABLE Charter Class and continuation

The Charter Class is the opening group within THE TABLE, not a separate membership. Its first 90 days are a one-time $750 experience and do not renew automatically. Charter members in good standing may choose to continue at $199 per month under a 12-month membership agreement without submitting a second application. Verified Original Diva legacy access remains complimentary.

Payments

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Purchases are one-time charges unless checkout and the signed agreement clearly state otherwise. Payments may be processed by Stripe; DWD does not receive or store full card numbers. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Education

The Table Builder and related materials provide education, frameworks, feedback and working tools. They do not guarantee community growth, revenue, business formation, media coverage, partnerships, membership acceptance or any specific result. Cohort dates, delivery, cancellation and refund terms will be stated before purchase.

Network conduct, privacy and outcomes

DWD participation is consent-governed. Contact details are not automatically released, either woman may decline an introduction, and no introduction or outcome is guaranteed. During the pilot, outcome records should remain categorical and avoid dollar figures or deal specifics unless specific consent and legally reviewed terms permit otherwise.

Recommendations and affiliates

Affiliate and sponsored relationships will be disclosed clearly. DWD may earn a commission from a disclosed affiliate link at no additional cost to the visitor. Compensation does not guarantee inclusion or a positive recommendation.
